I DM'ED YOU ON INSTAGRAM AND YOU DIDN'T RESPOND! HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ANSWER MY EMAIL?

I do not answer any DM's regarding orders. If you have a question about your order please email us. Not only are DM's difficult to keep track of, it is important for me to maintain this boundary of confining business to emails. We are a small team so customer service emails are answered twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

EVERYTHING IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL MORE BE POSTED?

SHIPPING

Shipping for a small business like mine can take longer than people are used to. I’m not Amazon and its important to have realistic expectations about shipping times and cost. Pieces are double boxed to assure no breakage. Usually shipping takes no longer than two weeks  

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING?

Not really because the shipping cost are the same. If you make two orders that’s how you will receive them.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN

Unfortunately once items have been picked up by USPS we are unable to control them any longer. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items once they have been shipped. Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered and then they end up showing up a few days later. If you believe that your item has been stolen you can submit a claim with USPS through this link .

CAN I DO LOCAL PICK UP?

As of November 1, 2021 we will no longer be offering local pick up. ***please note previously placed pick up orders must be picked up within two weeks of receiving your pick up notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within that time period we are happy to ship it to you. Any orders not picked up within the two week window will be refunded. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ONLY ship with USPS for international orders. Please be aware that we cannot control the packages arrival time for any international orders. There are still significant Covid related delays. At this time we are unable to ship to New Zealand and Australia. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

Not at this time. I do offer some pre-sale options and build-a-mug during the holidays, which allows you to have some input into your mug! 

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

I do not take returns so please choose wisely. 

All sales are final once the item has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of breakage or other damage to the item. If your order arrives damaged please reach out to hello@mudwitch.com for next steps. 

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE? 

Yes, but I am not taking any new wholesale accounts at this time-if you'd like to work with me in the future please send an email and I will contact you when I am able to take more orders. 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Our items are both dishwasher and microwave safe. The only main thing we recommend is avoiding extreme temperature changes- ie from taking your mug out of the refrigerator to pouring boiling water into it.
